Parenting and tweets are two great tastes that taste great together. That’s why today I bring you more funny tweets on parenting because I don’t think we can ever have enough of that.
First up is The Walking Dad who I love for the name alone.
“Daddy, I want to watch Dora.” Sweetie this is Dora. It’s the one where she plays an NBA basketball game against the Brooklyn Nets

I’m not sure I’ve seen that episode, but it sounds way better than going on a berry hunt. Or pretty much any of the other episodes.
Next up, Jimmyettele gives some extremely useful and efficient advice.
I’m with Jimmyettele on this one. Wahtever it takes at this point. Plus, a little fear is good for them. As is a little embarrassment. They have to learn how to cope with adversity, some time.
If you don’t take time and go out of your way once in a while to embarrass your kids, why are you even a parent. — PillagerRed (@RedBeard3000) April 4, 2014
I ask the same thing. It’s pretty much the only advantage. Of course, it goes both ways.
Why moms need wine #118: Your two-year-old names her doll Daddy. This means she keeps asking people if they have seen her baby Daddy. — Daftly Domestic (@DaftlyDomestic) April 7, 2014
Stuff like that is why I find myself repeatedly muttering:
I DIDN’T SIGN UP FOR THIS. -me, to everyone about everything — LK (@leikub) April 2, 2014
Word. Especially when this happens:
My kid just asked me what a hooker is if you want to know how my night’s going. — OneFunnyMotha (@OneFunnyMotha) April 11, 2014
Lastly, I’ll leave you with some wise words by Dad and Buried.
If you’re parenting to get credit for your parenting, you shouldn’t be parenting. — Dad and Buried (@DadandBuried) April 12, 2014
True. Still, I kinda want credit.
